Project Overview
上海交通大學(xué)是我國(guó)歷史最悠久、享譽(yù)海內(nèi)外的著名高等學(xué)府之一。在國(guó)家雙碳戰(zhàn)略背景下，同時(shí)為積極踐行“四個(gè)面向”國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略，全面支持上?？苿?chuàng)中心建設(shè)，上海交通大學(xué)作為國(guó)家重要科技力量，將在低碳、生態(tài)等前沿交叉學(xué)科支撐下，積極探索以碳中和為理念的國(guó)際化、生態(tài)化、智慧化新型校區(qū)發(fā)展路徑。
As one of the most prestigious and oldest Chinese universities,Shanghai Jiao Tong University(SJTU)is leveraging its interdisciplinary research capabilities in ecology and the low-carbon development to explore new ways of building a smart,international and carbon neutral campus as part of its efforts to help build Shanghai into a technology and innovation hub and promote the national initiative of having CO2 emissions peak before 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality before 2060.In this way,SJTU is better positioned to advance the frontiers of research,contribute to the economic growth,meet major national demands,and enhance the wellbeing of the wider community.
碳中和示范校區(qū)規(guī)劃整體占地面積約1000畝，規(guī)劃全日制在校生6000人；一期規(guī)劃占地面積350畝，規(guī)劃全日制在校生2000人。預(yù)估一期建設(shè)總投資十八億元。本項(xiàng)目重點(diǎn)圍繞碳中和示范校區(qū)一期示范建設(shè)350畝以及未來整體校區(qū)1000畝的建設(shè)規(guī)模，聚焦低碳、零碳或負(fù)碳等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，結(jié)合校區(qū)內(nèi)的交通、建筑、能源、生態(tài)循環(huán)和智慧化管理等方向，形成碳中和示范校區(qū)的建設(shè)理念和思路、技術(shù)路徑和目標(biāo)，并形成可行方案，作為碳中和校區(qū)建設(shè)的重要參考，為加快實(shí)現(xiàn)未來低碳城市和零碳建筑圖景提供借鑒。
With a total planning area of nearly 0.67 square metres,the exemplary carbon-neutral campus is expected to host 6,000 full-time students.The 0.23-sq.km first-phase construction attracts an estimated investment of 1.8 billion yuan,serving 2,000 full-time students.Built on this planning,the competition is designed to seek viable solutions to building a carbon neutral campus in terms of in-campus transportation,architecture,energy,the ecological circulation system,and the smart management while harnessing the power of low-carbon,net-zero,and carbon-negative technologies.The solutions of the winners will serve as a prime example of how a university can achieve carbon neutrality and how our cities increase net-zero buildings and go low-carbon.

公開報(bào)名方式

1.報(bào)名要求Eligibility Guidelines
?。?）境內(nèi)外具有相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)（獨(dú)立法人資格或具有獨(dú)立承擔(dān)民事責(zé)任能力的其他組織）均可報(bào)名參加。允許聯(lián)合體報(bào)名，聯(lián)合體成員不得超過4家，聯(lián)合體各方不得再單獨(dú)以自己名義，或者與另外的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)組成聯(lián)合體參加本次競(jìng)賽。不接受個(gè)人及個(gè)人組合的報(bào)名。
?。?）The competition is open to both domestic and foreign design institutes with relevant experience(independent legal entities or organizations with the ability to independently assume civil liability).A joint application can be made by up to 4 institutions.Those who are registered as co-applicants cannot join in duplicate participation individually or in other joint-application teams.Individuals and teams of individuals cannot participate.
?。?）具有碳中和規(guī)劃、校園規(guī)劃、校園建筑設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)（聯(lián)合體）將被優(yōu)先考慮。
?。?）Design institutes(teams)with experience in carbon neutrality planning,campus planning,or college campus architecture design are preferred.
2.資格預(yù)審申請(qǐng)文件編制及提交方式
Preparation and Submission of Application Materials
確認(rèn)報(bào)名競(jìng)賽的單位須根據(jù)附件（附件.資格預(yù)審申請(qǐng)文件要求）編制資格預(yù)審申請(qǐng)文件，于2022年2月12日17:00前遞交相應(yīng)電子文件和紙質(zhì)文件。
Participants must prepare application materials as required.(See Annex.The Content Requirements of Application Materials)and submit the electronic and paper materials BEFORE 17:00 on February 12th,2022.
（1）電子文件遞交：電子文件須包含資格預(yù)審申請(qǐng)文件正本掃描件（PDF蓋章掃描件）及資格預(yù)審申請(qǐng)文件可編輯WORD/PDF文件，發(fā)送至郵箱：CN_Campus sjtu.edu.cn。
（1）Electronic materials,including certified copies of original registration documents in PDF formatand registration documents in editable WORD/PDF format,should be sent directly to CN_Campus sjtu.edu.cn.

☆遞交截止時(shí)間如有調(diào)整以最新公告通知的為準(zhǔn)。資格預(yù)審申請(qǐng)文件以最終收到的紙質(zhì)資料為準(zhǔn)，在截止時(shí)間以后收到的報(bào)名資料將不予受理。
Note:In case there is any adjustment of the submission deadline,the deadline announced on the latest notice shall prevail.The eligibility review is based solely on the submitted paper materials.All submissions must be submitted before the deadline,and submission will be refused after the deadline.

競(jìng)賽規(guī)則
Agenda&Rules
本次國(guó)際競(jìng)賽工作分為兩個(gè)階段進(jìn)行：第一階段為“邀請(qǐng)+公開報(bào)名資格預(yù)審”，第二階段為“方案設(shè)計(jì)及評(píng)審”。
The competition is held in two stages:
Invitations,public registration,and an eligibility review in the first stage.
Project design and evaluation in the second stage.
第一階段-邀請(qǐng)+公開報(bào)名資格預(yù)審
Stage I:Invitation,Public Registration,and Eligibility Review
本項(xiàng)目入圍單位的確定，將采用“邀請(qǐng)+公開”的方式，經(jīng)過受邀遴選和公開報(bào)名資格預(yù)審會(huì)，最終選出不多于8家入圍單位共同參與第二階段。
In the first stage,the shortlisted candidates will be determined through invitations and eligibility reviews.No more than 8 participants will enter the second stage.
第二階段-方案設(shè)計(jì)及評(píng)審
Stage II:Design&Evaluation
在簽訂了《參賽確認(rèn)函》和《保密協(xié)議》后，主辦單位將提供詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)資料，入圍單位將按照設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書要求，提交符合要求的成果文件。方案設(shè)計(jì)階段將至少安排1次中期匯報(bào)。
After signing the confirmation&confidentiality agreement,participants will have access to detailed information and submit the final works as required.At least one mid-term presentation should be given during the design phase.
入圍設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)按規(guī)定提交設(shè)計(jì)成果后，各設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)經(jīng)抽簽，按抽簽號(hào)順序，由主創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)師進(jìn)行方案設(shè)計(jì)成果匯報(bào)并回答專家提問。方案設(shè)計(jì)成果匯報(bào)采用多媒體自動(dòng)播放與主創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)師匯報(bào)講解相結(jié)合的方式進(jìn)行，每個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)匯報(bào)20分鐘（含多媒體播放時(shí)間，多媒體播放長(zhǎng)度設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)可根據(jù)自己的匯報(bào)方式自行決定）、答疑5分鐘，總時(shí)間不超過25分鐘。
After the submission,the chief designers will draw lots to determine the order of presentation.The presentation should be presented by the chief designer,with the use of a multimedia video.The time allocated for each presentation is no more than 25 minutes(20 minutes for the presentation,5 minutes for Q&A).
競(jìng)賽評(píng)審委員會(huì)將對(duì)入圍單位提交的所有成果文件進(jìn)行評(píng)審，確定前5名優(yōu)勝方案并排序。主辦方按照評(píng)審委員會(huì)最終評(píng)審結(jié)果確定本次競(jìng)賽獲獎(jiǎng)名單：一等獎(jiǎng)1名，二等獎(jiǎng)2名，三等獎(jiǎng)2名。
All submissions will be evaluated by a panel of judges.The competition jury will evaluate the works,and decide 5 prize winners–one winner,two second prizes and two third prizes.

1．設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)費(fèi)Prizes
?。?）經(jīng)過方案評(píng)審后，符合設(shè)計(jì)要求的入圍單位，依據(jù)其排名將獲得如下設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)：
一等獎(jiǎng)（1名）：獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)人民幣陸拾萬(wàn)元整
二等獎(jiǎng)（2名）：獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)人民幣肆拾萬(wàn)元整
三等獎(jiǎng)（2名）：獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)人民幣貳拾萬(wàn)元整
（1）Compensation fee is paid to the application as follows according to the ranking of the successful candidates and prize winners:
Winner(1 Work):600,000 RMB
2nd Place(2 Works):400,000 RMB
3rd Place(2 Works):200,000 RMB
?。?）設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)費(fèi)的支付
本次競(jìng)賽設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)費(fèi)均以人民幣支付，設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)所獲獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)產(chǎn)生的任何稅金由設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)自理。
?。?）Payment of Prizes
The prizes will be paid in RMB.Any tax incurred will be covered by participants.
2．其他Additional Expenses
入圍單位參加本次競(jìng)賽的所有費(fèi)用（含差旅住宿費(fèi)、模型制作、打印費(fèi)等）均自行承擔(dān)。
Participants will be responsible for any fees and extra costs incurred in the competition,including travel expenses,model production costs and printing fees.
