申報情況介紹
Introduction on The 1st Round
——以敬畏之心重述歷史，以創(chuàng)新之筆續(xù)寫新生。
作為城市更新領域專業(yè)的大型賽事活動，“2025亞洲城市更新獎”自2024年12月1日開賽以來，吸引了眾多設計單位、開發(fā)企業(yè)和運營管理單位的廣泛參與，申報的許多項目無論在設計水準，還是在經(jīng)營理念上，都極具示范意義。也充分展示了在城市更新的大背景下，各方對推動城市高質量發(fā)展所做的不懈努力和積極探索。
截止至2025年5月10日第一輪申報結束，主辦方秘書處共收到97家單位提交的213個項目。經(jīng)專業(yè)團隊初審，確定“城市更新設計獎”入圍144個，“遺產(chǎn)保護與利用獎”入圍8個，“城市更新科技獎”入圍5個，“城市再開發(fā)與運營獎”入圍8個，“人物與企業(yè)獎”入圍3個。

As a professional large-scale event in the field of urban renewal,the"2025 Asian Urban Renewal Award"has attracted extensive participation from many design units,development companies and operation management units since its opening on December 1,2024.Many of the projects submitted are of great demonstration significance in terms of design level and business philosophy.It also fully demonstrates the unremitting efforts and active exploration made by all parties to promote high-quality urban development under the background of urban renewal.
As of the end of the first round of applications on May 10,2025,the secretariat of the organizer received a total of 213 projects submitted by 97 units.After preliminary review by a professional team,144 projects were shortlisted for"Urban Renewal Design Award",8 projects were shortlisted for"Heritage Protection and Utilization Award",5 projects were shortlisted for"Urban Renewal Technology Award",8 projects were shortlisted for"Urban Redevelopment and Operation Award",and 3 peoples and firms were shortlisted for"People and Enterprise Award".

獎項宗旨
亞洲城市更新獎（Asia Urban Renewal Awards,英文簡稱：AURA),旨在尋找和挖掘在城市更新領域中具有革新性、示范性和推廣價值的杰出項目及發(fā)展模式，褒獎對城市可續(xù)性發(fā)展、功能提升、生態(tài)環(huán)境改善、人文傳承、精細化治理等方面具有推動作用及示范意義的治理范式、作品、技術和人物。通過突出、宣傳和推廣優(yōu)秀的范例，為城市發(fā)展提供多元化的解決方案，引領城市更新高質量發(fā)展,并為獲獎者提供展示成功與才華的舞臺。
The Asia Urban Renewal Award aims to find and explore outstanding projects and development models with innovative,exemplary and promotional value in the field of urban renewal,and commend governance paradigms,works,technologies and figures that have driving and exemplary significance for urban sustainable development,functional improvement,ecological environment improvement,cultural heritage,refined governance,etc.By highlighting,publicizing and promoting excellent examples,it provides diversified solutions for urban development,leads the high-quality development of urban renewal,and provides a stage for winners to showcase their success and talents.

每個大類又根據(jù)更新對象、用途、專業(yè)等設置若干個子項獎.每個類別設置金獎、銀獎、優(yōu)秀獎三個獎項（企業(yè)與人物獎除外），獎項數(shù)量根據(jù)申報總數(shù)按比例設置。
The Asia Urban Renewal Award has four major application categories,namely"Urban Renewal Design Award","Urban Redevelopment and Operation Award","Urban Renewal Technology Award",and"Urban Renewal Person and Firm Award".Each major category has several sub-awards based on the renewal object,purpose,profession,etc.Each category has three awards:Gold Award,Silver Award,and Excellence Award(except for Enterprise and Person Award),and the number of awards is set in proportion to the total number of applications.

大賽流程
亞洲城市更新獎(AURA)評選分為申報、初評和終評三個階段。初評階段決定參選是否入圍，終評階段由國內外知名專家組成的評審團，對入圍作品進行評選，最終角逐出各個類別的金獎、銀獎。
The Asia Urban Renewal Award(AURA)selection consists of three stages:application,preliminary review and final review.The preliminary review stage determines whether the entry is shortlisted.In the final review stage,a jury composed of well-known domestic and foreign experts will select the shortlisted works and finally compete for the gold and silver awards in each category.

申報范圍
近5年內立項設計、建設中、完工及已運營的各類城市更新項目，具體包括：
Various urban renewal projects that have been approved for design,under construction,completed,or in operation in the past five years,including：

公共空間類
Public Space Category
綠地、街道、廣場、公園、公共設施附屬空間、交通基礎設施附屬空間。
green spaces,streets,squares,parks,spaces attached to public facilities,and spaces attached to transportation infrastructure.
02.
生態(tài)修復類
Ecological Restoration Category
棕地改造、濕地及濱水岸線生態(tài)修復、山體修復。
brownfield transformation,wetland and waterfront ecological restoration,mountain restoration.
03.
產(chǎn)業(yè)商辦類
Industrial and Commercial Category
工業(yè)廠房、倉儲物流、產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)、老舊辦公樓、商業(yè)樓宇。
industrial factories,warehousing and logistics,industrial parks,old office buildings,and commercial buildings.

公共設施類
Public Facilities Category
體育運動場館、文教設施、醫(yī)療養(yǎng)老設施、科研設施、酒店及度假設施、休閑游樂設施、殯葬設施、市政基礎設施。

住區(qū)類
Residence Category
危舊樓房、老舊小區(qū)。
dilapidated buildings&old residential communities.

區(qū)域綜合類
Regional Mixed-use Category
站城一體化開發(fā)、城中村改造、歷史文化街區(qū)、舊工業(yè)區(qū)。
station-city integrated development,village-in-city renovation,historical and cultural blocks,and old industrial areas.
WHO MAY SUBMIT

申報主體
政府部門、投資企業(yè)、開發(fā)企業(yè)、運營管理公司、工程勘察設計企業(yè)、施工企業(yè)、咨詢顧問公司、學術機構、科研單位等與城市更新相關的各類機構。
Government departments,investment companies,development companies,operation and management companies,design firms,construction companies,consulting companies,academic institutions,scientific research units and other institutions related to urban renewal.

評審團成員
亞洲城市更新獎（AURA）的評委來自不同國家和專業(yè)領域，均為行業(yè)內資深專家，擁有不同專業(yè)背景和廣闊的視野，包括開發(fā)、設計、運營、行政管理、法律等，能夠從多個維度和視角對參賽項目進行公正、客觀的評價。
The judges of the Asian Education Environment Design Award come from different countries and fields.They are all senior experts in the industry with different professional backgrounds and broad vision,including development,design,operation,administration,law,etc.They can evaluate the participating projects fairly and objectively from multiple dimensions and perspectives.
JUDGING PRINCIPLES

評審原則
1.各獎項金獎數(shù)量不高于入圍數(shù)量的20%，銀獎數(shù)量不高于入圍數(shù)量的35%。
The number of gold awards for each award shall not exceed 20%of the number of shortlisted entries,and the number of silver awards shall not exceed 35%of the number of shortlisted entries.
2.金獎分值為80-90分，銀獎分值為70-80分。每個項目去掉最高分值和最低分值后，取其平均分。
The gold award is worth 80-90 points,and the silver award is worth 70-80 points.After removing the highest and lowest scores for each project,the average score is taken.
3.所有申報項目在評審過程中，均采用匿名的方式，項目設計單位、主創(chuàng)團隊名稱均不在評審資料中體現(xiàn)。
All application projects will be anonymous during the review process,and the names of the project design units and main creative teams will not be reflected in the review materials.
4.回避制度，評委所在單位申報本獎的，評委本人將不能參與該項目的評審。
The avoidance system means that if the unit where the judge works applies for this award,the judge himself will not be able to participate in the evaluation of the project.
5.評價總則：通過重建、改造、保育或綜合整治，實現(xiàn)項目或區(qū)域整體品質提升與人居環(huán)境改善，并能產(chǎn)生較好經(jīng)濟效益、社會效益、人文生態(tài)效益；有助于推動城市產(chǎn)業(yè)導入和轉型升級，有助于城市歷史和社會文脈延續(xù)與傳承，有助于創(chuàng)建包容性、公平正義的社會環(huán)境；促進城市精細化管理與運營，促進城市更新更加理性、多元化的參與方式，促進城市更新追求更加豐富的、更具精神意義和文化認同的價值內涵。
General evaluation principles:Through reconstruction,transformation,conservation or comprehensive improvement,the overall quality of the project or region can be improved,the living environment can be improved,and good economic benefits,social benefits,and humanistic and ecological benefits can be generated;it can help promote the introduction and transformation and upgrading of urban industries,help the continuation and inheritance of urban history and social context,and help create an inclusive,fair and just social environment;it can promote refined urban management and operation,promote more rational and diversified participation in urban renewal,and promote urban renewal to pursue richer value connotations with greater spiritual significance and cultural identity.

獎項申報
1.本次賽事組織和運營服務由北京中外友聯(lián)建筑文化交流中心、城更空間（天津）文化傳播有限公司共同承擔，由其負責申報資料收集與整理、協(xié)調與組織各項評審事宜并負責申報單位咨詢工作。
The organization and operation services of this competition are jointly undertaken by UnionFriendship Association of Architecture&Engineering and UR Space(Tianjin)Culture Communication Co.,Ltd.,which are responsible for collecting and collating the application materials,coordinating and organizing various review matters,and consulting the applicants.
2.本次賽事所涉及的費用發(fā)票由城更空間（天津）文化傳播有限公司負責開具。
The invoices for expenses related to this event will be issued by UR Space(Tianjin)Culture Communication Co.,Ltd.
