The previous two editions of the event delivered impressive results.The competition attracted 1966 teams from top universities at home and abroad,including Tsinghua University,Peking University,and Zhejiang University,and incubated 68 practical projects.The event boasts a national-level resource platform—Xinhua News Agency's full-domain communication matrix combined with academic think tank support,ensuring that outstanding projects gain direct access to policy support.

科技創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)可享受“兩山夢(mèng)想基金”和“兩山”人才創(chuàng)業(yè)基金政策，根據(jù)項(xiàng)目等次，提供不同等級(jí)額度支持；創(chuàng)意團(tuán)隊(duì)獲獎(jiǎng)后立即支付獎(jiǎng)金；創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)獎(jiǎng)金在項(xiàng)目注冊(cè)落地后分期支付（注冊(cè)落地后立即支付獎(jiǎng)金，帶動(dòng)就業(yè)人數(shù)達(dá)到要求后支付配套獎(jiǎng)金）。

調(diào)研經(jīng)費(fèi)保障。為鼓勵(lì)參賽團(tuán)隊(duì)深入開展實(shí)地調(diào)研，發(fā)放參賽團(tuán)隊(duì)入村調(diào)研補(bǔ)貼，創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)最高發(fā)放7000元，創(chuàng)意團(tuán)隊(duì)最高發(fā)放2000元，費(fèi)用包含交通費(fèi)、住宿費(fèi)、餐飲費(fèi)等，根據(jù)團(tuán)隊(duì)提供票據(jù)實(shí)報(bào)實(shí)銷。
Subsidies will be provided for village research activities to encourage participating teams to conduct in-depth field research.Entrepreneurial teams can receive up to 7,000 RMB,while creative teams can receive up to 2,000 RMB.These funds cover transportation,accommodation,meals,and other related expenses,and they will be reimbursed based on the actual receipts provided by the teams.

大賽采用初賽、復(fù)賽、決賽三級(jí)賽制，賽事評(píng)審由競(jìng)賽委員會(huì)和主承辦單位共同組織實(shí)施，遴選一批優(yōu)秀項(xiàng)目并予以政策支持和激勵(lì)。
The competition adopts a three-level system of preliminary round,semi-final and final.The competition review is jointly organized and implemented by the competition committee and the main and co-organizers,and a number of outstanding projects will be selected and provided with policy support and incentives.
以“兩山”未來(lái)科技城為主平臺(tái)，輻射帶動(dòng)青云匯、科創(chuàng)園等縣級(jí)平臺(tái)和生命健康產(chǎn)業(yè)園、兩山高新產(chǎn)業(yè)園等區(qū)鎮(zhèn)平臺(tái)，重點(diǎn)聚焦生命健康、電子信息、新材料、數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)、人工智能等產(chǎn)業(yè)，切實(shí)招引一批硬核科技人才項(xiàng)目落地安吉。

以安吉縣為賽區(qū)，賽題分成兩個(gè)版塊，“兩山”未來(lái)科技城瞄準(zhǔn)跨境電商、短視頻制作、動(dòng)漫設(shè)計(jì)、直播帶貨等熱門領(lǐng)域，青年入鄉(xiāng)百人村圍繞農(nóng)村閑置資產(chǎn)盤活、空間改造及運(yùn)營(yíng)、農(nóng)文旅業(yè)態(tài)培育及運(yùn)營(yíng)等方面，通過(guò)兩大平臺(tái)版塊出題、創(chuàng)業(yè)青年代表答題的方式，導(dǎo)入一批集聚大學(xué)生的青創(chuàng)項(xiàng)目賦能萬(wàn)人城建設(shè)，招引一批具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的業(yè)態(tài)項(xiàng)目賦能百人村建設(shè)。

注意事項(xiàng)
1.參賽者應(yīng)全面了解本次大賽規(guī)則。凡提交參賽作品者，視同已全面了解并接受大賽規(guī)則，自愿受其約束。
Participants must fully understand the rules of this competition.By submitting an entry,participants are deemed to have fully understood and accepted the competition rules and agree to be bound by them.
2.參賽團(tuán)隊(duì)入圍復(fù)賽后，中途不得無(wú)故退賽。
Once a team advances to the semi-finals,they may not withdraw from the competition without a valid reason.
3.鼓勵(lì)各團(tuán)隊(duì)通過(guò)抖音、小紅書等平臺(tái)發(fā)布參賽信息，宣傳效果納入賽事評(píng)分體系，特別對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)載量高、宣傳效果佳的予以加分。
Teams are encouraged to share competition-related information on platforms such as TikTok and Red Note.The effectiveness of their promotional efforts will be incorporated into the competition scoring system,with additional points awarded for high reposts and outstanding promotional results.
4.參賽團(tuán)隊(duì)因涉及駐村調(diào)研及指導(dǎo)施工，需注意安全事項(xiàng)。駐村期間嚴(yán)格參照安全條例執(zhí)行，各團(tuán)隊(duì)需由團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)人帶隊(duì)全員駐村，各賽點(diǎn)村相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人為各團(tuán)隊(duì)指定全程對(duì)接人。參賽學(xué)生需購(gòu)買調(diào)研安全保險(xiǎn)。
The participating teams should pay attention to safety matters as they are involved in village research and construction guidance.During the village stay period,strictly follow the safety regulations.Each team must be led by a team leader with all members stationed in the village.The relevant person in charge of each competition site village shall designate the person in charge of the entire process for each team.Participating students are required to purchase research safety insurance.
5.所有參賽作品應(yīng)為原創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)，因作品帶來(lái)的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)糾紛由參賽者自行承擔(dān)。如有剽竊、抄襲等違規(guī)現(xiàn)象，經(jīng)核實(shí)后，酌情降級(jí)或取消競(jìng)賽資格，參賽者需退還已發(fā)放的全部項(xiàng)目調(diào)研補(bǔ)貼和獎(jiǎng)金。
All submitted works must be original designs.Any intellectual property disputes arising from the works shall be the sole responsibility of the participants.In cases of plagiarism,copying,or other violations,verified instances will result in downgrading or disqualification from the competition,and participants must return all research subsidies and prize money already disbursed.
6.參賽者對(duì)上述各項(xiàng)承諾均無(wú)任何異議，參賽者僅保留參賽作品的署名權(quán)，對(duì)著作權(quán)中的其他財(cái)產(chǎn)權(quán)以及參賽作品、設(shè)計(jì)成果所產(chǎn)生的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)歸屬于承辦單位，所有參賽作品均不歸還。
