【潮間帶藝術(shù)村概況】
潮間帶藝術(shù)村位于江蘇省鹽城市亭湖區(qū)黃尖鎮(zhèn),地處中國(guó)黃(渤)海候鳥棲息地的核心區(qū)域,是丹頂鶴越冬的故鄉(xiāng)。在這里,廣袤的灘涂與豐富的動(dòng)植物資源共同構(gòu)成了潮間帶藝術(shù)村的獨(dú)特生態(tài),濕地與森林相互依存,珍禽與海洋和諧共生。世界上規(guī)模最為宏大的潮間帶灘涂、占地廣闊的鹽城林場(chǎng)和“生態(tài)魚港”新洋港吸引著無(wú)數(shù)游客。同時(shí),潮間帶藝術(shù)村內(nèi)遍布各種藝術(shù)工作室、美術(shù)基地以及書協(xié)、美協(xié)等文藝機(jī)構(gòu),定期舉辦各類生態(tài)、文學(xué)論壇、藝術(shù)展覽及時(shí)尚秀等活動(dòng),配套特色咖啡店、書店、餐廳等時(shí)尚消費(fèi)場(chǎng)所,以“生態(tài)+美學(xué)”的模式賦能鄉(xiāng)村文旅、助力鄉(xiāng)村振興,打造出了宜居宜業(yè)和美麗鄉(xiāng)村的新標(biāo)桿。

【活動(dòng)目的】
依托亭湖區(qū)潮間帶獨(dú)特的濕地生態(tài)資源、油畫村藝術(shù)基因及萬(wàn)畝麥田景觀,通過(guò)稻草藝術(shù)裝置設(shè)計(jì)激活鄉(xiāng)村文旅新場(chǎng)景,打造“生態(tài)+藝術(shù)+農(nóng)業(yè)”融合的網(wǎng)紅打卡地,助力鄉(xiāng)村振興。
【活動(dòng)宗旨】
一、生態(tài)藝術(shù)化:以自然生態(tài)為媒介,探索自然材料與藝術(shù)表達(dá)的創(chuàng)新融合。
二、文化在地性:挖掘鹽城在地文化、稻田農(nóng)耕美學(xué),打造潮間帶藝術(shù)IP。
三、公共參與性:全民共享公共藝術(shù),推動(dòng)文旅消費(fèi)場(chǎng)景升級(jí)。

【活動(dòng)主題】
“自然·藝術(shù)·共生”
自然與藝術(shù)的關(guān)系,是人類文明中一場(chǎng)永恒的對(duì)話。從遠(yuǎn)古巖洞壁畫中的野獸圖騰,到當(dāng)代沉浸式的裝置藝術(shù),二者的互動(dòng)早已超越了簡(jiǎn)單的模仿或再現(xiàn),正向著更深刻的共生形態(tài)進(jìn)化。這種共生不僅是自然與藝術(shù)、物質(zhì)與材料的交織,更是創(chuàng)意性與創(chuàng)造力的共振,在藝術(shù)創(chuàng)意與自然景觀的雙重語(yǔ)境下,呈現(xiàn)出令人驚嘆的可能性。
【活動(dòng)形式】
面向全社會(huì)廣泛征集優(yōu)秀作品,邀請(qǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)外公共藝術(shù)家參與投稿,充分發(fā)揮專業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)與獨(dú)特創(chuàng)意。同時(shí)積極與藝術(shù)院校展開深度合作,整合院校的學(xué)術(shù)資源與人才力量,為創(chuàng)作注入新鮮活力,激發(fā)青年藝術(shù)家的創(chuàng)作熱情,匯聚多元藝術(shù)視角。
【征集要求】
本活動(dòng)面向全社會(huì)征集公共藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作者、景觀建筑設(shè)計(jì)師、大地藝術(shù)及裝置藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作者、實(shí)踐者,不限國(guó)籍、民族、年齡、性別,均可報(bào)名參加,也可以2-3人的創(chuàng)作小組作為主體投稿。
一、投稿藝術(shù)家最好有過(guò)在地創(chuàng)作經(jīng)驗(yàn),并能提供1-3件過(guò)去五年內(nèi)實(shí)地創(chuàng)作或落地的作品案例。
二、圍繞活動(dòng)主題、自然環(huán)境和在地文化,提供1-3件創(chuàng)意效果圖,入選后再根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況實(shí)地考察后完善方案。
三、總征集數(shù)量:大型戶外公共藝術(shù)作品15-20件。
【創(chuàng)作要求】
一、作品設(shè)計(jì)方案:須結(jié)合亭湖自然生態(tài)、文化在地性進(jìn)行創(chuàng)作、形式新穎獨(dú)特,富有藝術(shù)性、創(chuàng)新性、視覺感染力,具有原創(chuàng)性和唯一性。
二、作品材質(zhì):除了稻草、竹、木材料,也可采用輕巧美觀又不失質(zhì)感的新型環(huán)保材料,既能確保作品的呈現(xiàn)效果,又能滿足長(zhǎng)期在室外展示的需求。
三、作品風(fēng)格:創(chuàng)作手法和風(fēng)格不限,可以包含裝置、光影、涂鴉、動(dòng)態(tài)、景觀、大地藝術(shù)等多種形式,重點(diǎn)在于作品與環(huán)境的融合度以及與觀眾的互動(dòng)性。
四、作品落地性:適合戶外長(zhǎng)期存放,具有可實(shí)施性,并能避免公共場(chǎng)所安全隱患。
五、作品尺寸:三維中須有一維尺寸大于3米,最大不超過(guò)20米,也可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)環(huán)境調(diào)整尺寸。

由藝委會(huì)成員和活動(dòng)主承辦方組成評(píng)審組,對(duì)征集所得的全部作品方案進(jìn)行評(píng)選,選出最終入選作品。

【費(fèi)用明細(xì)】
本次活動(dòng)以嘗試和實(shí)驗(yàn)為主,活動(dòng)宗旨是為在地創(chuàng)作及公共藝術(shù)與文旅融合發(fā)展積累經(jīng)驗(yàn),鼓勵(lì)和發(fā)現(xiàn)更多有才華的青年藝術(shù)家,所付酬勞只是象征性費(fèi)用。如對(duì)費(fèi)用有所異議,可忽略本次征稿啟示。
一、支付每位入選藝術(shù)家創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)用5000元(稅后)。
二、報(bào)銷藝術(shù)家常住地至活動(dòng)舉辦地的往返高鐵票(或經(jīng)濟(jì)艙機(jī)票),并為藝術(shù)家提供駐地創(chuàng)作期間和開幕式期間的食宿交通。
三、提供作品落地實(shí)施所需各種物資條件。
四、與中國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)促進(jìn)會(huì)公共藝術(shù)專業(yè)委員會(huì)簽署在地創(chuàng)作藝術(shù)家長(zhǎng)期合作備忘錄。

研討主題一:公共藝術(shù)的在地化實(shí)踐。
邀請(qǐng)藝術(shù)家代表進(jìn)行主旨演講,并邀請(qǐng)知名鄉(xiāng)村藝術(shù)項(xiàng)目策劃人進(jìn)行分享。
研討主題二:公共藝術(shù)與文旅融合的創(chuàng)意思路分享。
通過(guò)此次在地創(chuàng)作實(shí)踐活動(dòng),分享藝術(shù)家從文旅發(fā)展角度出發(fā)的作品創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)思路。
研討主題三:公共藝術(shù)與自然環(huán)境、在地文化的結(jié)合。
論壇邀請(qǐng)環(huán)境藝術(shù)家、設(shè)計(jì)師、公共藝術(shù)專家等分享如何將自然元素融入當(dāng)代藝術(shù)裝置中。
【注意事項(xiàng)】
一、投稿申報(bào)人的作品均不能含有色情、暴力等因素,遵守《廣告法》和國(guó)家有關(guān)法律、行政法規(guī)的規(guī)定,意識(shí)形態(tài)及政治觀點(diǎn)不能與中華人民共和國(guó)法律相抵觸。符合民族文化傳統(tǒng)、公共道德價(jià)值、行業(yè)規(guī)范等要求。

【OVERVIEW OF INTERTIDAL ART VILLAGE】
Intertidal Art Village is located in Huangjian Town,Tinghu District,Yancheng City,Jiangsu Province of China.It is located in the core area of migratory bird habitat of the Yellow Sea(and Bo Sea)in China,and is the hometown of red-crowned cranes.Here,the vast beaches and rich animal and plant resources together constitute the unique ecology of the intertidal art village,the interdependence of wetlands and forests,and the harmonious coexistence of rare birds and the sea.The world's largest intertidal mudflat,the vast Yancheng forest farm and the ecological fish port with the name of Xinyang Port attract countless tourists.
At the same time,there are all kinds of art studios,art bases and literary and artistic institutions such as the calligraphy association and the fine arts association in the intertidal art village.Various ecological and literary forums,art exhibitions and fashion shows are regularly held in the village,and fashion consumption places such as specialty coffee shops,bookstores and restaurants are supported.The mode of“ecology+aesthetics”enables rural cultural tourism and helps rural revitalization.It has created a new benchmark for livable and working conditions and a beautiful countryside.
【Purpose of Activity】
Relying on the unique wetland ecological resources in the intertidal zone of Tinghu District,the art gene of the oil painting village and the 10,000 acres wheat field landscape,we hope to activate the new scene of rural cultural tourism through the design of straw art installation,and create a popular social media check-in spot with the integration of“ecology+art+agriculture”,to help rural revitalization.

【THEME】
Nature,Art and Symbiosis
The relationship between nature and art is an eternal dialogue in human civilization.From the beast totem in the ancient cave murals to the contemporary immersive installation art,the interaction between the two has long gone beyond simple imitation or reproduction,and is evolving towards a deeper symbiotic form.This symbiosis is not only the interweaving of nature and art,matter and materials,but also the resonance of creativity and creativity,presenting amazing possibilities in the dual context of artistic creativity and natural landscape.
【REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS】
Artists and designers can submit as individuals or in groups of 2-3 people.
1.Applicants with local creation experience are preferred,please provide 1-3 examples of works created or completed locally in the past five years to prove your qualifications.
2.Applicants are required to provide 1-3 designs around the theme of the event,the natural environment and the local culture,and then improve the designs after being selected and field investigation.
【REQUIREMENTS FOR DESIGNS】
1.Designs must be created in combination with the local natural ecology and culture with innovation,originality and uniqueness.
2.The material of the work can be straw,bamboo,wood,or lightweight,beautiful and textured new environmental materials to ensure the presentation of the work and meet the needs of long-term outdoor display.
3.There is no limit to the technique and style of creation,which can include installation,graffiti,new media art,dynamic art,landscape and other forms.The focus is on the integration of the work with the environment and the interaction with the audience.
4.The design should be suitable for long-term outdoor storage and can be implemented to avoid safety hazards in public places.
5.In the three dimensions of the work,one dimension must be greater than 3 meters,the maximum is no more than 20 meters,and the size can also be adjusted according to the site environment.

5.The size of every picture is specified as A3(297x420mm),the image format is JPG format,the resolution is 300dpi,the color mode is RGB,the size of a single picture is about 5MB,the pixel is not less than 300dpi.
6.Video submitted in MP4 format,duration less than 5 minutes,standard definition or high definition,file size must be less than 100MB.
7.For each submitted work,a description and design concept(no less than 100 words)should be submitted.
【REWARDS】
The main purpose of this activity is to accumulate experience for the integration of public art and cultural tourism,and to encourage more talented young artists.The payment is only a token fee.If you have any objection to the fee,you can ignore this call.
1.Pay the creative design fee of¥5000.00 for each selected project.
2.Reimburse the round-trip high-speed train tickets(or economy class tickets of airline)from the artist's permanent residence to the event venue,and provide accommodation and local transportation for the artist during the resident and the opening ceremony.
3.Provide various materials and conditions required for the implementation of the projects.
4.Signed a long-term cooperation memorandum with the Public Art Professional Committee of China Culture Promotion Association.
5.All final works will be permanently collected by the Intertidal Art Village,and a collection certificate will be issued to the participants.

3.The copyright of all the outcome documents received in this solicitation shall belong to the applicant.The organizer and organizer of the exhibition have the right to publicize,compile,publish,distribute,and use the works for public benefit,and enjoy the full rights and interests of redesign,implementation,production,display and publication of the selected projects.
4.If the event is postponed due to irresistible factors,the specific time will be notified on the official public account.
