競賽費用
Prize Money and Honoraria
?。?）單個標(biāo)段中選金額：獲得第一名的參賽人為中選單位，與競賽主辦單位簽訂合同，其中：標(biāo)段1中選金額為210萬元，標(biāo)段2中選金額為210萬元，標(biāo)段3中選金額為220萬元。
(1)Prize money by bid section:The 1st place winner of each bid section shall be the competition winner and will be awarded the design contract by the Organizer.The prize money is CNY 2.1 million for Bid Section 1,CNY 2.1 million for Bid Section 2,and CNY 2.2 million for Bid Section 3.
?。?）單個標(biāo)段成本補償：獲得第二名的參賽人將獲得成本補償40萬元，獲得第三、四名的參賽人將各獲得成本補償10萬元。
(2)Honoraria payment by bid section:The 2nd place winner of each bid section is entitled to an honoraria payment of CNY 400,000,and the 3rd and 4th place winners CNY 100,000 respectively.
?。?）展項單項補償：從未中選單位方案中優(yōu)選展項，每個選中的展項單項補償3萬元。展項單項補償與標(biāo)段成本補償可以疊加。
(3)Honoraria payment by exhibit:Excellent exhibit design schemes will be selected from entries except for those of the 1st place winner.Each selected scheme will be awarded an honoraria payment of CNY 30,000.Any participant except for the 1st place winner can be entitled to honoraria payments for both exhibit and bid section.
（4）以上所有費用均以人民幣計算，包含中華人民共和國境內(nèi)（不含香港特別行政區(qū)、澳門特別行政區(qū)和臺灣地區(qū)）按中華人民共和國稅法相關(guān)規(guī)定應(yīng)繳納的稅金，如涉及發(fā)生境外稅費的則該境外稅費由參賽人自理。
(4)All the above payments are calculated in CNY,including taxes payable in accordance with relevant provisions of the Tax Law of the People's Republic of China within the Chinese mainland(excluding Hong Kong Special Administrative Region,Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Region).Taxes arising from outside the Chinese mainland,if any,shall be at the Participant’s own expense.
?。?）被評審委員會評定為無效方案的參賽人，將不能獲得補償。
(5)Participants whose entries are identified invalid according to the Evaluation Panel’s decision will not receive any honoraria payment.
（6）獲得中選的參賽人應(yīng)根據(jù)專家評審意見和主辦單位的意見和要求完成初步設(shè)計工作，詳見競賽文件《中選單位初步設(shè)計任務(wù)書》要求。
(6)The competition winners shall complete the schematic design according to the expert review comments and the requirements of the Organizer.See the Schematic Design Brief for Competition Winners included in the Competition Document for details.

項目概況及競賽要求
Competition Requirements
項目概況：本設(shè)計項目為廣東科學(xué)中心展廳更新改造項目，展廳具備展示基礎(chǔ)條件?？偼顿Y約人民幣7500萬元（注：總投資基于在中國境內(nèi)完成展覽深化設(shè)計和制造的成本水平提出，設(shè)計應(yīng)關(guān)注到不同國家/地區(qū)成本差異）。展廳展覽更新改造面積約6700㎡，其中：“航空航天”展廳約2000㎡，投資約2350萬元；“海洋”展廳約2000㎡，投資約2350萬元；“基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)”展廳約2700㎡，投資約2800萬元。
Project Overview:The design project is about the renovation of Guangdong Science Center(GDSC)exhibition halls which are already provided with infrastructure for exhibition and display.The renovation project involves a total investment of about CNY 75 million for a total exhibition area of about 6,700 m2,specifically about CNY 23.5 million for 2,000 m2 in"Aerospace"hall,about CNY 23.5 million for 2,000 m2 in"Ocean"hall,and about CNY 28 million for 2,700 m2 in"Basic Science"hall.The total investment mentioned above is based on the exhibition detailing and fabrication costs in the Chinese mainland,and the designers should take note of the cost difference among different countries/regions.
競賽要求：對“航空航天”展廳、“海洋”展廳、“基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)”展廳分別開展概念方案設(shè)計（詳見競賽文件第二章要求）。
Competition requirements:provide concept design for the aforesaid three exhibition halls respectively(see Chapter II of the Competition Document for details).

競賽報名方式
Registration
?。ㄒ唬?、參賽人報名條件
(I)Eligibility of Participants
?。?）境外（包含香港特別行政區(qū)、澳門特別行政區(qū)和臺灣地區(qū)，下同）參賽人須為所在地合法注冊的機構(gòu)，并提供有效的登記證明。（注：所在地是指公司、企業(yè)或機構(gòu)依法注冊經(jīng)營業(yè)務(wù)或設(shè)立辦事機構(gòu)的主要地方）。
(1)Participants from outside the Chinese mainland(including those based in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region,Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan region,the same below)shall be legally registered practices in the place where they are located(i.e.,the main place where the company,enterprise or organization is registered for business operation or office establishment according to law),with the valid registration certificate provided as proof.
?。?）境內(nèi)（不包含香港特別行政區(qū)、澳門特別行政區(qū)和臺灣地區(qū)，下同）參賽人須具有獨立法人資格，提供有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照（或事業(yè)單位法人證書）。
(2)Participants from the Chinese mainland(excluding those based in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region,Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan region,the same below)shall have independent legal person qualification,with the valid business license(or public institution legal person certificate)provided as proof.
?。?）本項目參賽人需具有以下設(shè)計業(yè)績：參賽人獨立承擔(dān)過2個或以上國家的科技館/科學(xué)中心/博物館的展覽設(shè)計案例（以合同證明文件為準(zhǔn)）。
(3)Participants shall have independently undertaken exhibition design for science and technology museums,science centers or museums in at least two countries(contract documents shall be provided as proof).
（4）本次國際競賽不接受聯(lián)合體或個人名義參與競賽。
(4)Consortia or individuals are not allowed to participate in the Competition.
（5）參賽人的負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關(guān)系的不同單位，不得同時報名參與本競賽項目。
(5)Participants headed by one same person or related to each other in terms of shareholding or administration are not allowed to register for the Competition at the same time.
?。?）報名的參賽人未被列入以下系統(tǒng)相關(guān)名錄：①國家企業(yè)信用信息公示系統(tǒng)（http://www.gsxt.gov.cn/）的經(jīng)營異常名錄或嚴(yán)重違法失信企業(yè)名單；②信用中國（http://www.creditchina.gov.cn/）的失信懲戒名錄；③中國執(zhí)行信息公開網(wǎng)（http://zxgk.court.gov.cn/）的全國法院失信被執(zhí)行人名單。以上均需提供查詢結(jié)果網(wǎng)頁截圖打印件并加蓋單位公司公章。（僅適用境內(nèi)參賽人）
(6)Interested parties included in the following system lists will be rejected:①List of abnormal operations or list of serious illegal and dishonest enterprises by National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System(http://www.gsxt.gov.cn/);②List of punishment for dishonesty by Credit China(http://www.creditchina.gov.cn/);③List of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by courts nationwide released on China Enforcement Information Disclosure Network(http://zxgk.court.gov.cn/).A printed screenshot of the query result web page affixed with the corporate seal of the Participant shall be provided as proof(only applicable to participants from the Chinese mainland).

(II)Time and Format
1、報名時間：北京時間2022年4月26日00時00分至2022年5月16日17時30分（日歷日，含節(jié)假日）；
1.Registration time:from 00:00 April 26,2022 to 17:30 May 16,2022(Beijing Time,Calendar days,including public holidays);
2、有意參加的參賽人必須在報名截止時間前下載和填寫《報名登記表》（詳見公告附件一）以電子郵件發(fā)至代理單位郵箱：shenggj 163vip.com。以郵箱接收到的時間為準(zhǔn)，逾期抵達(dá)的報名概不接受。
2.Interested parties shall download and fill out the Registration Form(see Appendix I to the Announcement)and email it to the Agent at shenggj 163vip.com before the registration deadline(subject to the time when the email is received).Any registration received after the stipulated time and date above will not be accepted.

(三)Design Scheme Evaluation
評審委員會對有效競賽設(shè)計成果文件進(jìn)行方案評審，以投票方式評選出每個標(biāo)段的第1-4名，以及每個標(biāo)段的展項單項補償5個（3個標(biāo)段共15個）。
The Evaluation Panel will evaluate the valid entries and vote to select the top four places of each bid section,as well as five entries entitled to honoraria for individual exhibit under each bid section(i.e.,15 in total for all three sections).
