我們將在匯智安墾項目中，贊助一年免租空間，提供129平方米可做辦公或展覽展示的空間，明亮的三樓采光，配備空調(diào)。我們正在尋找來自藝術(shù)、設(shè)計、可持續(xù)發(fā)展、新技術(shù)、社區(qū)倡議和創(chuàng)新消費產(chǎn)品領(lǐng)域的有趣企業(yè)，你們將為城市美好的創(chuàng)業(yè)場景增添新的活力。
We will sponsor a business one year rent free at our ANKEN Avenue project.129 sqm of office/showroom space on the 3rd floor with excellent natural light and installed A/C.We are looking for proposals from interesting enterprises in the fields of art,design,sustainability,new tech,community initiatives and innovative consumer products that will add something new to the city's bright entrepreneurial scene.

theCOFFEEPLUS is an pioneering enterprise which recycles used coffee grounds into compost for growing vegetables,as well as producing a range of products from the waste fibres and packaging.

theCOFFEEPLUS的故事始于一群生活在魔都的咖啡愛好者，僅魔都近萬家的咖啡店和上百萬的咖啡膠囊粉絲，每天給城市產(chǎn)生幾萬公斤的咖啡渣和廢棄膠囊，這些廢棄物品不僅對城市及地球有害影響環(huán)境，而且是對寶貴資源的極大浪費。
The story of theCOFFEEPLUS began with a group of coffee lovers living in Shanghai.With nearly 10,000 coffee shops and millions of coffee capsule fans in Shanghai alone,tens of thousands of kilograms of coffee grounds and discarded capsules are generated in the city every day.These discarded items are not only harmful to the city and the earth,but are also a waste of valuable resources.
他們發(fā)現(xiàn)，利用咖啡渣中的豐富營養(yǎng)含量可以就地取材用來種植蘑菇及其他植物，這不僅減少了自然資源的浪費，延緩了自然賜于我們?nèi)祟愂澄锏纳?，并減少了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)城的運輸碳排放，還提供了美味健康的綠色食物。種植完蘑菇后的咖啡渣雖然沒了營養(yǎng)成分，但是可以回收再利用其中的植物纖維結(jié)合廢棄膠囊中的回收鋁，制成各種獨特的環(huán)保產(chǎn)品。
theCOFFEEPLUS discovered that the rich nutritional content of coffee grounds can be used locally to grow mushrooms and other plants,which not only reduces the waste of natural resources,prolongs the life of the food that nature has given us,and reduces the carbon emissions of transporting produce into cities,but also provides delicious and healthy green food.The coffee grounds from growing mushrooms,although devoid of nutrients,can be further recycled with the plant fibers combined with the recycled aluminum from discarded capsules to make a variety of unique,eco-friendly products.
