【潮間帶藝術村概況】
潮間帶藝術村位于江蘇省鹽城市亭湖區(qū)黃尖鎮(zhèn)，地處中國黃（渤）海候鳥棲息地的核心區(qū)域，是丹頂鶴越冬的故鄉(xiāng)。在這里，廣袤的灘涂與豐富的動植物資源共同構成了潮間帶藝術村的獨特生態(tài)，濕地與森林相互依存，珍禽與海洋和諧共生。世界上規(guī)模最為宏大的潮間帶灘涂、占地廣闊的鹽城林場和“生態(tài)魚港”新洋港吸引著無數(shù)游客。同時，潮間帶藝術村內遍布各種藝術工作室、美術基地以及書協(xié)、美協(xié)等文藝機構，定期舉辦各類生態(tài)、文學論壇、藝術展覽及時尚秀等活動，配套特色咖啡店、書店、餐廳等時尚消費場所，以“生態(tài)+美學”的模式賦能鄉(xiāng)村文旅、助力鄉(xiāng)村振興，打造出了宜居宜業(yè)和美麗鄉(xiāng)村的新標桿。

【活動目的】
依托亭湖區(qū)潮間帶獨特的濕地生態(tài)資源、油畫村藝術基因及萬畝麥田景觀，通過稻草藝術裝置設計激活鄉(xiāng)村文旅新場景，打造“生態(tài)+藝術+農(nóng)業(yè)”融合的網(wǎng)紅打卡地，助力鄉(xiāng)村振興。
【活動宗旨】
一、生態(tài)藝術化：以自然生態(tài)為媒介，探索自然材料與藝術表達的創(chuàng)新融合。
二、文化在地性：挖掘鹽城在地文化、稻田農(nóng)耕美學，打造潮間帶藝術IP。
三、公共參與性：全民共享公共藝術，推動文旅消費場景升級。

【活動主題】
“自然·藝術·共生”
自然與藝術的關系，是人類文明中一場永恒的對話。從遠古巖洞壁畫中的野獸圖騰，到當代沉浸式的裝置藝術，二者的互動早已超越了簡單的模仿或再現(xiàn)，正向著更深刻的共生形態(tài)進化。這種共生不僅是自然與藝術、物質與材料的交織，更是創(chuàng)意性與創(chuàng)造力的共振，在藝術創(chuàng)意與自然景觀的雙重語境下，呈現(xiàn)出令人驚嘆的可能性。
【活動形式】
面向全社會廣泛征集優(yōu)秀作品，邀請國內外公共藝術家參與投稿，充分發(fā)揮專業(yè)優(yōu)勢與獨特創(chuàng)意。同時積極與藝術院校展開深度合作，整合院校的學術資源與人才力量，為創(chuàng)作注入新鮮活力，激發(fā)青年藝術家的創(chuàng)作熱情，匯聚多元藝術視角。
【征集要求】
本活動面向全社會征集公共藝術創(chuàng)作者、景觀建筑設計師、大地藝術及裝置藝術創(chuàng)作者、實踐者，不限國籍、民族、年齡、性別，均可報名參加，也可以2-3人的創(chuàng)作小組作為主體投稿。
一、投稿藝術家最好有過在地創(chuàng)作經(jīng)驗，并能提供1-3件過去五年內實地創(chuàng)作或落地的作品案例。
二、圍繞活動主題、自然環(huán)境和在地文化，提供1-3件創(chuàng)意效果圖，入選后再根據(jù)現(xiàn)場情況實地考察后完善方案。
三、總征集數(shù)量：大型戶外公共藝術作品15-20件。
【創(chuàng)作要求】
一、作品設計方案：須結合亭湖自然生態(tài)、文化在地性進行創(chuàng)作、形式新穎獨特，富有藝術性、創(chuàng)新性、視覺感染力，具有原創(chuàng)性和唯一性。
二、作品材質：除了稻草、竹、木材料，也可采用輕巧美觀又不失質感的新型環(huán)保材料，既能確保作品的呈現(xiàn)效果，又能滿足長期在室外展示的需求。
三、作品風格：創(chuàng)作手法和風格不限，可以包含裝置、光影、涂鴉、動態(tài)、景觀、大地藝術等多種形式，重點在于作品與環(huán)境的融合度以及與觀眾的互動性。
四、作品落地性：適合戶外長期存放，具有可實施性，并能避免公共場所安全隱患。
五、作品尺寸：三維中須有一維尺寸大于3米，最大不超過20米，也可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場環(huán)境調整尺寸。

【評選方式】
由藝委會成員和活動主承辦方組成評審組，對征集所得的全部作品方案進行評選，選出最終入選作品。

凡認同本次活動主題和宗旨，具有公共藝術在地創(chuàng)作能力的國內外藝術家均可報名參加，不限國籍、民族、年齡、性別。

【費用明細】
本次活動以嘗試和實驗為主，活動宗旨是為在地創(chuàng)作及公共藝術與文旅融合發(fā)展積累經(jīng)驗，鼓勵和發(fā)現(xiàn)更多有才華的青年藝術家，所付酬勞只是象征性費用。如對費用有所異議，可忽略本次征稿啟示。
一、支付每位入選藝術家創(chuàng)意設計費用5000元（稅后）。
二、報銷藝術家常住地至活動舉辦地的往返高鐵票（或經(jīng)濟艙機票），并為藝術家提供駐地創(chuàng)作期間和開幕式期間的食宿交通。
三、提供作品落地實施所需各種物資條件。
四、與中國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)促進會公共藝術專業(yè)委員會簽署在地創(chuàng)作藝術家長期合作備忘錄。
五、所有最終參展作品由潮間帶藝術村永久收藏，并向參展藝術家頒發(fā)收藏證書。
【學術活動】
學術研討會：
研討主題一：公共藝術的在地化實踐。
邀請藝術家代表進行主旨演講，并邀請知名鄉(xiāng)村藝術項目策劃人進行分享。
研討主題二：公共藝術與文旅融合的創(chuàng)意思路分享。
通過此次在地創(chuàng)作實踐活動，分享藝術家從文旅發(fā)展角度出發(fā)的作品創(chuàng)意設計思路。
研討主題三：公共藝術與自然環(huán)境、在地文化的結合。
論壇邀請環(huán)境藝術家、設計師、公共藝術專家等分享如何將自然元素融入當代藝術裝置中。
【注意事項】
一、投稿申報人的作品均不能含有色情、暴力等因素，遵守《廣告法》和國家有關法律、行政法規(guī)的規(guī)定，意識形態(tài)及政治觀點不能與中華人民共和國法律相抵觸。符合民族文化傳統(tǒng)、公共道德價值、行業(yè)規(guī)范等要求。
二、投稿申報人的作品不得侵犯其他第三方的專利權、著作權、商標權、名譽權或其他任何合法權益。如發(fā)生侵權行為，將由涉及侵權的申報者自行承擔一切法律責任。
三、本次征集活動收到的所有成果文件著作權歸申請者所有。展覽主辦方和策劃方有權對參加活動的作品進行宣傳、匯編出版、發(fā)行，以及進行公益使用等，并享有對入選方案進行再設計、落地實施、生產(chǎn)、展示、出版等全部權益。

【OVERVIEW OF INTERTIDAL ART VILLAGE】
Intertidal Art Village is located in Huangjian Town,Tinghu District,Yancheng City,Jiangsu Province of China.It is located in the core area of migratory bird habitat of the Yellow Sea(and Bo Sea)in China,and is the hometown of red-crowned cranes.Here,the vast beaches and rich animal and plant resources together constitute the unique ecology of the intertidal art village,the interdependence of wetlands and forests,and the harmonious coexistence of rare birds and the sea.The world's largest intertidal mudflat,the vast Yancheng forest farm and the ecological fish port with the name of Xinyang Port attract countless tourists.
At the same time,there are all kinds of art studios,art bases and literary and artistic institutions such as the calligraphy association and the fine arts association in the intertidal art village.Various ecological and literary forums,art exhibitions and fashion shows are regularly held in the village,and fashion consumption places such as specialty coffee shops,bookstores and restaurants are supported.The mode of“ecology+aesthetics”enables rural cultural tourism and helps rural revitalization.It has created a new benchmark for livable and working conditions and a beautiful countryside.
【Purpose of Activity】
Relying on the unique wetland ecological resources in the intertidal zone of Tinghu District,the art gene of the oil painting village and the 10,000 acres wheat field landscape,we hope to activate the new scene of rural cultural tourism through the design of straw art installation,and create a popular social media check-in spot with the integration of“ecology+art+agriculture”,to help rural revitalization.

【THEME】
Nature,Art and Symbiosis
The relationship between nature and art is an eternal dialogue in human civilization.From the beast totem in the ancient cave murals to the contemporary immersive installation art,the interaction between the two has long gone beyond simple imitation or reproduction,and is evolving towards a deeper symbiotic form.This symbiosis is not only the interweaving of nature and art,matter and materials,but also the resonance of creativity and creativity,presenting amazing possibilities in the dual context of artistic creativity and natural landscape.
【REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS】
Artists and designers can submit as individuals or in groups of 2-3 people.
1.Applicants with local creation experience are preferred,please provide 1-3 examples of works created or completed locally in the past five years to prove your qualifications.
2.Applicants are required to provide 1-3 designs around the theme of the event,the natural environment and the local culture,and then improve the designs after being selected and field investigation.
【REQUIREMENTS FOR DESIGNS】
1.Designs must be created in combination with the local natural ecology and culture with innovation,originality and uniqueness.
2.The material of the work can be straw,bamboo,wood,or lightweight,beautiful and textured new environmental materials to ensure the presentation of the work and meet the needs of long-term outdoor display.
3.There is no limit to the technique and style of creation,which can include installation,graffiti,new media art,dynamic art,landscape and other forms.The focus is on the integration of the work with the environment and the interaction with the audience.
4.The design should be suitable for long-term outdoor storage and can be implemented to avoid safety hazards in public places.
5.In the three dimensions of the work,one dimension must be greater than 3 meters,the maximum is no more than 20 meters,and the size can also be adjusted according to the site environment.

【REWARDS】
The main purpose of this activity is to accumulate experience for the integration of public art and cultural tourism,and to encourage more talented young artists.The payment is only a token fee.If you have any objection to the fee,you can ignore this call.
1.Pay the creative design fee of￥5000.00 for each selected project.
2.Reimburse the round-trip high-speed train tickets(or economy class tickets of airline)from the artist's permanent residence to the event venue,and provide accommodation and local transportation for the artist during the resident and the opening ceremony.
3.Provide various materials and conditions required for the implementation of the projects.
4.Signed a long-term cooperation memorandum with the Public Art Professional Committee of China Culture Promotion Association.
5.All final works will be permanently collected by the Intertidal Art Village,and a collection certificate will be issued to the participants.
