第二輪申報(bào)開啟
第五屆GHDA環(huán)球人居設(shè)計(jì)大獎(jiǎng)（2024-2025年度）申報(bào)正式開啟，第二輪申報(bào)正在進(jìn)行中，請各參賽意向單位及時(shí)與工作人員聯(lián)系并提交申報(bào)材料，共赴此次全領(lǐng)域設(shè)計(jì)賽事之盛宴。
The application for the 5th GHDA Global Habitat Design Award(2024-2025)has officially started,and the second round of application is currently underway.Interested units are requested to contact their staff in a timely manner and submit application materials to participate in this comprehensive design competition.
分輪申報(bào)：由于申報(bào)項(xiàng)目數(shù)量較多，為了對申報(bào)項(xiàng)目更加細(xì)致的評選，GHDA環(huán)球人居設(shè)計(jì)大獎(jiǎng)采用分輪申報(bào)及初評的方式，本屆共分四輪申報(bào)，具體時(shí)間進(jìn)程請咨詢工作人員。
Due to the large number of entrants and in order to achieve a morecareful evaluation of their works,the application and initial evaluation of Global Habitat Design Awards(GHDA)have 4 rounds.

■GHDA環(huán)球人居設(shè)計(jì)大獎(jiǎng)（Global Habitat Design Awards）旨在表彰在全球范圍內(nèi)獲得良好口碑的人居設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目。通過嚴(yán)格和高質(zhì)量的評選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，發(fā)掘杰出的人居設(shè)計(jì)案例，推動(dòng)世界美好人居環(huán)境的進(jìn)步。
The Global Habitat Design Awards(GHDA)aims to recognize habitat design projects that have gained a good reputation worldwide.Through strict andhigh-quality selection criteria,GHDA hopes to discover outstanding habitat design and advance the progress of a better living environment in the world.
■獲獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)目需具備以下幾個(gè)特點(diǎn):
01.具有前沿的人居設(shè)計(jì)理念，引領(lǐng)人居設(shè)計(jì)思潮。
02.建筑、景觀、室內(nèi)等人居空間的設(shè)計(jì)具有獨(dú)創(chuàng)性，兼具藝術(shù)美感與人性化需求。
03.智能化、新技術(shù)、新材料等方面的創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用，以人為本，以創(chuàng)造性的應(yīng)用，提升使用者的居住體驗(yàn)。
Awinning project should have the following characteristics:
01.It should have the cutting-edge habitat design concept and leads the habitat design ideas.
02.The design of such habitat space as architecture,landscape,and the interior mustbe original with artistic beauty based on humanized demands.
03.The project should adopt the innovative applications of intelligence,new technologies,new materials,etc.to improve the living experience of users with the people-oriented concept.
■GHDA環(huán)球人居設(shè)計(jì)大獎(jiǎng)（Global Habitat Design Awards）由設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)知名媒體新微設(shè)計(jì)平臺和GHDA環(huán)球人居設(shè)計(jì)大獎(jiǎng)組委會共同發(fā)起設(shè)立，每年舉辦一屆，歡迎各設(shè)計(jì)單位和地產(chǎn)開發(fā)單位參與申報(bào)。
GHDA is jointly established by XW Design Media Matrix and GHDA Organizing Committee.All design studios/institutions and real estate developers are welcome to submit design works to compete for the award.

■GHDA環(huán)球人居設(shè)計(jì)大獎(jiǎng)（Global Habitat Design Awards）共設(shè)置六大申報(bào)方向：建筑設(shè)計(jì)、景觀設(shè)計(jì)、室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)、文旅設(shè)計(jì)、城市更新、綜合類。每個(gè)申報(bào)方向包含三個(gè)申報(bào)小類，具體如下：
GHDA has six application directions:architectural design,landscape design,interior design,and cultural tourism design.Each application direction includes the three following sub-categories:
■GHDA環(huán)球人居設(shè)計(jì)大獎(jiǎng)（Global Habitat Design Awards）獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)共分為建筑設(shè)計(jì)、景觀設(shè)計(jì)、室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)、文旅設(shè)計(jì)、城市更新、綜合類六大方向，包含18個(gè)類別，每個(gè)類別設(shè)置金獎(jiǎng)、銀獎(jiǎng)、優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)三個(gè)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)（年度杰出設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)和設(shè)計(jì)師除外），獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)數(shù)量根據(jù)申報(bào)總數(shù)按比例設(shè)置。
GHDA awards are classified into six directions,i.e.architectural design,landscape design,interior design,cultural tourism design,urban renewal.including 18 categories.Each category has three awards:Gold Awards,Silver Awards,and Excellence Awards.

■GHDA環(huán)球人居設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)（Global Habitat Design Awards）評委由國內(nèi)外各大知名地產(chǎn)開發(fā)單位的設(shè)計(jì)負(fù)責(zé)人擔(dān)任，評選流程分為初評和終評兩部分。
The final review committee of the GHDA are of the major domestic and foreign real estate developmentcompanies or regional design directors.The selection process is divided into two steps,that is,preliminary evaluation and final evaluation.
■初評由GHDA環(huán)球人居設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)組委會資深設(shè)計(jì)師評選入圍。終審評委由國內(nèi)外各大知名地產(chǎn)開發(fā)單位的集團(tuán)或區(qū)域設(shè)計(jì)負(fù)責(zé)人擔(dān)任，并對入圍作品進(jìn)行評選，最終角逐出各個(gè)類別的金獎(jiǎng)、銀獎(jiǎng)。
The preliminary evaluation will be conducted by the senior designer jury panel of the GHDA committee.The final evaluation will be carried out by the jury panel including themajor domestic and foreign real estate development companies or regional design directors who will select the shortlisted projects.Finally,the projects willcompete for the Gold Awards and Silver Awards of different categories.

The media matrix of XW design is currently the largest new design media platform in China,with over 2 million follows and over 100,000 hits per day.The media matrix of the XW design focuses on the WeChat public platform,takes root in the design industry,and has been deeply cultivated for over seven years.It has formed seven design public accounts led by XW design.The media matrix of the XW design always takes"creating a better environment"as its core,covering architecture,landscape,interior design,real estate,cultural tourism,courtyard,and other sectors,which is quite influential in the design circle and enjoys good praise and reputation.
