1.General Conditions of Participation
The competition is open to professional graphic designers,art school students,and graphic producers from around the world,aged 18 and over.
Each participant may submit up to three posters that they consider to be the best among their artistic works,created between 2021 and 2024.
1.一般參與條件
比賽面向來(lái)自世界各地的專業(yè)平面設(shè)計(jì)師、藝術(shù)學(xué)校學(xué)生和平面制作人，年齡在18歲及以上。
每位參賽者最多可提交三幅他們認(rèn)為在2021年至2024年間創(chuàng)作的藝術(shù)作品中最好的海報(bào)。
2.Competition Themes
Open Poster:This theme allows designers to express their creativity and artistic style without thematic restrictions.Posters can reflect personal opinions,social issues,or cultural phenomena.
Eco Poster:This theme focuses on the urgency of environmental issues caused by global warming,such as fires,extreme rainfall,droughts,floods,and tornadoes.The aim is to raise awareness of these issues and inspire ecological action.
2.比賽的主題
開放式海報(bào)：此主題允許設(shè)計(jì)師不受主題限制地表達(dá)自己的創(chuàng)意和藝術(shù)風(fēng)格。海報(bào)可以反映個(gè)人觀點(diǎn)、社會(huì)問題或文化現(xiàn)象。
生態(tài)海報(bào)：該主題關(guān)注全球變暖導(dǎo)致的環(huán)境問題的緊迫性，如火災(zāi)、極端降雨、干旱、洪水和龍卷風(fēng)。其目的是提高人們對(duì)這些問題的認(rèn)識(shí)，并激發(fā)生態(tài)行動(dòng)。
3.Submission Requirements
Participants must submit:
1.One print of each poster in B1 format(700×1000 mm)with a marked registration label(download).
2.A completed registration form(download).
3.A digital version of the poster sent to pqb pqb.sk in
JPG format—21x30 cm—300 dpi—RGB.
The submission deadline is March 31,2025.The last accepted submissions must have this date stamped on the postmark.
3.提交需求
參賽者必須提交：
1.每張B1格式海報(bào)一張（700×1000 mm），帶有標(biāo)記的注冊(cè)標(biāo)簽（下載）。
2.填妥的報(bào)名表格（下載）。
3.海報(bào)的數(shù)字版本發(fā)送到pqb pqb.sk
JPG格式-21x30厘米-300 dpi-RGB。
提交截止日期為2025年3月31日。最后一次接受的參賽作品必須加蓋此日期的郵戳。
4.Sending Posters
Posters must be marked on the back in the bottom right corner with a registration label filled in block letters in English or Slovak.
The marked,unfolded,and secured poster against damage during transport must be sent to:

The organizer does not cover expenses related to the customs clearance of shipments,does not take responsibility for delayed delivery or damage during transport.Shipments must be marked as"printed matter of a non-commercial value."
4.發(fā)送海報(bào)
必須在背面右下角標(biāo)有注冊(cè)標(biāo)簽，用英文或斯洛伐克語(yǔ)用大寫字母填寫。在運(yùn)輸過程中，有標(biāo)記的、未折疊的、安全的海報(bào)必須發(fā)送到：

組織者不承擔(dān)與貨物清關(guān)有關(guān)的費(fèi)用，也不承擔(dān)運(yùn)輸過程中延遲交付或損壞的責(zé)任。貨物必須標(biāo)明“非商業(yè)價(jià)值印刷品”。
5.Evaluation of Works
All submitted posters will go through an evaluation and selection process managed by a jury composed of seven members.The jury’s decision is final.
5.所有提交的海報(bào)將通過由七名成員組成的評(píng)審團(tuán)管理的評(píng)估和選擇過程。陪審團(tuán)的決定是最終的。

7.Special Provisions
The organizer reserves the right to refuse the participation of posters that the jury deems offensive to the morals or culture of any nation,or those that do not meet the requirements of this statement.
The organizer has the right to exhibit and publish selected works for non-commercial purposes.
By signing the registration form,the author agrees to the competition conditions.
All submitted and awarded posters will be published in a collective catalog.Accepted works are not returned to participants,they remain archived at the Poster Quadrennial Bardejov.
7.特別規(guī)定
如果評(píng)審團(tuán)認(rèn)為海報(bào)冒犯了任何國(guó)家的道德或文化，或者不符合本聲明的要求，組織者有權(quán)拒絕參賽。主辦單位有權(quán)以非商業(yè)目的展出和出版入選作品。在報(bào)名表上簽字即表示同意本次競(jìng)賽條件。所有提交和獲獎(jiǎng)的海報(bào)將在一個(gè)集體目錄中出版。被接受的作品不退還給參與者，它們將被保存在海報(bào)四年展的檔案中。
8.Validity of the Statute
This competition regulation is valid for the year 2025.
