2024極簡(jiǎn)主義住宅（MINIMAL DWELLING 2024）國際設(shè)計(jì)競(jìng)賽邀請(qǐng)參賽者深入研究住宅建筑領(lǐng)域極簡(jiǎn)主義的核心原則。隨著當(dāng)代社會(huì)在數(shù)字技術(shù)和豐富材料的擴(kuò)散中不斷發(fā)展，本次競(jìng)賽成為了一個(gè)展現(xiàn)極簡(jiǎn)設(shè)計(jì)固有的深刻美感和效率的平臺(tái)。
2024極簡(jiǎn)主義住宅國際設(shè)計(jì)競(jìng)賽秉承簡(jiǎn)單、功能性和自由的精神，鼓勵(lì)建筑師和設(shè)計(jì)師去除多余的東西，專注于定義居住空間的基本元素。此次競(jìng)賽提供了一個(gè)探索空間利用、材料選擇和空間組織創(chuàng)新方法的機(jī)會(huì)，同時(shí)尊重極簡(jiǎn)主義原則。
參賽者面臨的挑戰(zhàn)是創(chuàng)造體現(xiàn)極簡(jiǎn)主義精髓的住宅，營(yíng)造優(yōu)先考慮寧靜、效率以及與周圍空間和諧的環(huán)境。通過擁抱極簡(jiǎn)主義，建筑師有機(jī)會(huì)重新定義奢華和豪華的傳統(tǒng)概念，轉(zhuǎn)而強(qiáng)調(diào)簡(jiǎn)約和深思熟慮的設(shè)計(jì)中蘊(yùn)含的深刻豐富性。

THE BUILDING PROGRAMME
The minimal dwelling should accommodate the following spaces:
?Living area
?Kitchen(catering to Mr.Smith's love for cooking)
?Working space for Mrs.Smith(a digital artist working full-time from home)
?space for the couple
?space for the daughter
?Bathroom facilities
The total area should not exceed 37 square meters(BUA)to align with the essence of minimalism.
SITE
Participants are free to choose a countryside location that complements the family's desire for serenity and closeness to nature.The choice of site should be justified based on its suitability for the family's lifestyle and the design's integration with the natural surroundings.
