深圳市鹽田區(qū)海濤花園項目建筑方案設(shè)計國際競賽即將啟動。本次競賽由深圳市盛世盈豐投資發(fā)展有限公司主辦、深圳市觀筑建筑發(fā)展交流中心組織。正式公告將于近期發(fā)布，誠邀全球優(yōu)秀設(shè)計團隊參與！
The International Competition for Architectural Design of Haitao Garden Project,Yantian District,Shenzhen will be launched soon.The competition is hosted by Shenzhen Shengshi Yingfeng Investment Development Co.,Ltd,and coordinated by GUANZHU.The official announcement will be released in the near future.Design teams from home and abroad are welcome to participate.
深圳市鹽田區(qū)海濤花園項目位于鹽田區(qū)沙頭角片區(qū)，沙頭角海關(guān)口岸附近，毗鄰香港、鹽田門戶，區(qū)位優(yōu)勢顯著。
The Haitao Garden Project(hereinafter referred to as the Project)is located in the Shatoujiao Subdistrict in Yantian District,adjacent to Sha Tou Jiao Port,and in close proximity to Hong Kong.The Project enjoys prominent location advantages as the Gateway of Yantian District.
本項目鄰近沙頭角灣海岸線，北眺梧桐山，西南與香港自然生態(tài)區(qū)隔灣對望，景觀資源豐富。
Situated near the coastline of Starling Inlet,the Project possesses abundant landscape resources with a view of Wutong Mountain to the north,and the Hong Kong Ecological Zone to the southwest across the bay.

本次地塊西接海濤路，北連海濤小學(xué)，東臨海景二路，南望中英街歷史街區(qū)，周邊城市干道架構(gòu)相對完善，對外交通出行便利。
The site is connected to Haitao Road in the west,Haitao Primary School in the north,Haijing 2nd Road in the east,and overlooks Chung Ying Steet in the south.The surrounding urban arterial network is relatively well-developed,providing convenient transportation access.

項目已批復(fù)拆遷用地面積53415.8平方米，開發(fā)建設(shè)用地面積為44339.4平方米。計容積率建筑面積242980平方米，其中，住宅223780平方米（含保障性住房17900平方米），商業(yè)12600平方米，公共配套設(shè)施6600平方米（其中9班幼兒園2400平方米、郵政支局1500平方米、居住小區(qū)級文化室1500平方米、社區(qū)健康服務(wù)中心600平方米、社區(qū)服務(wù)站300平方米、社區(qū)居委會200平方米、社區(qū)警務(wù)室40平方米、公共廁所60平方米，另體育活動場地占地200平方米）。
The Project has been approved with a land area of 53,415.8 square metres for demolition and relocation,and a land area of 44,339.4 square metres for development and construction.The floor area is 242,980 square metres,of which 223,780 square metres are residential(including 17,900 square metres of guaranteed housing),12,600 square metres are commercial,and 6,600 square metres are public facilities(including 2,400 square metres of 9-class kindergarten,1,500 square metres of postal office,1,500 square metres of residential community-level cultural room,600 square metres of community health service centre,300 square metres of community service station,200 square metres of community committee,40 square metres of community police office,60 square metres of public toilet).square metres,a community service station of 300 square metres,a community committee of 200 square metres,a community police station of 40 square metres,a public toilet of 60 square metres,and another 200 square metres of space for sports activities).
