近日，HM華墨國(guó)際＋上海同濟(jì)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司（聯(lián)合體）在義烏市黎明湖環(huán)湖片區(qū)概念規(guī)劃公開(kāi)征集中取得了
第二名的佳績(jī)！
Recently,HM International and Shanghai Tongji Urban Planning and Design Institute(Consortium)won second place in the urban design competition for the Liminghu area in Yiwu City.

Project Overview
義烏,浙江省區(qū)域中心城市，多元、高效、活力的國(guó)際化先導(dǎo)區(qū),本項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃范圍3.3平方公里，位于其主城區(qū)南部邊界，西鄰雙江湖新區(qū)，未來(lái)將會(huì)見(jiàn)證義烏自北向南，從“繡湖時(shí)代”到“雙江湖時(shí)代”，向湖而生的城市理想，成為主城區(qū)南向重要的門(mén)戶(hù)空間。
Yiwu is a central regional city in Zhejiang Province,which is known for its diverse,efficient,and dynamic international demonstration area.The planned area of this project is 3.3 square kilometers,located at the southern boundary of Yiwu's main urban area and adjacent to Shuangjianghu District to the west.This area will serve as a milestone to witness the development from the lake's north to south,from the"Xiuhu Era"to the"Shuangjianghu Era,"and become an essential gateway area to the south of the main urban area.

黎明湖片區(qū)是一處留存有濃郁自然氣息的璞玉之地，方案向自然與傳統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)，融合山-湖-田-城等多種元素為一體，從自然面和城市面協(xié)同雙向思考與探索，以打造城“景城共生，產(chǎn)城共融，人產(chǎn)共振”的產(chǎn)城融合新典范。
The Liminghu District boasts an unspoiled natural scenery,akin to a raw jade.The goal of the plan is to take inspiration from both nature and tradition and combine various elements such as mountains,lakes,fields,and cities to create an innovative city-industry integration model.This model is centered around the"symbiosis of scenery and city,co-integration of industry and city,and resonance of people and industries".The objective is to collaborate and integrate natural and urban aspects to form a balanced and sustainable environment.

The plan revolves around the theme of landscape habitat and super settlement.Its main objectives are to stimulate industries,innovate ideas,and establish a strategic innovation incubator.It also aims to connect water bodies and landscapes to create a low-carbon city and an environmental symbiosis demonstration site.Moreover,it aims to utilize water resources to enhance the quality of life and establish an international gathering place for high-end talents.Lastly,it aims to establish a dynamic,diverse,open and shared leading lifestyle gathering place.

山湖廊道激活城市發(fā)展，創(chuàng)造城市發(fā)展與生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的紐帶，構(gòu)建一芯一軸三廊六片區(qū)的空間結(jié)構(gòu)。
Landscape corridors connect urban development with ecological preservation and construct a spatial structure of one core,one axis,three corridors,and six areas.

With a focus on the ecological foundation of the site,the project refines farmland,rivers,mountains,and other landscape elements.Combining these elements with themes such as creativity,ecology,and experience to create unique spaces with distinct characteristics such as mountains,rivers,lakes,beaches,bridges,gardens,and fields.
